DELIVERY
Please allow up to 1-7 business days for your order to process, regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders that are out of stock may take up to two weeks to fulfill. We ship out orders Monday-Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. Once your order has been sent out to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package! All orders are shipped from London.
Domestic Delivery
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.00
Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) - £5.00
International Shipping
Standard Shipping (3-17 days) - £5.00
Tracked Shipping (2-7 days) - £9.00
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at contact@halocases.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.
DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
