DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched from London within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery (3–5 working days) – £3.00

Guaranteed next working day delivery – £5.00. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping (3–17 days) – £5.00

Tracked shipping (2–7 days) – £9.00

Buy any 2 items and unlock free shipping. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to start updating.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email contact@halocases.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after your order has been processed.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot find your parcel, please contact the delivery provider first and then email us at contact@halocases.com so we can help investigate.
